Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium fishing equipment with the same confidence we have when casting into our favorite fishing spots. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Reel Accessories that have been installed or used
  • Rod Accessories that show signs of use
  • Any items not in their original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify replacement item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the package and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs of the replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Refund Processing Times

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
