Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Reel Accessories that have been installed or used
  • Rod Accessories that show signs of use
  • Any items that are not in their original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
